Triple "A" Approach to Lecture Intervention - Invitation to ParticipateI am Sue Lister, a Research Assistant to Dr. Jack Jones at Nipissing University in Ontario, Canada. We would like to invite you to join us on a learning object journey. We are looking for partners to review our work as we complete various stages of a professional development tool for instructors, entitled “The triple A Approach to Lecture Intervention”. Here is our description:
I have attached our preliminary plans for the project in which we detail the type of involvement we are looking for from our partners. Basically, we are asking our partners to review our project plans and then test the actual learning object as it rolls through its development phases. Our partners will receive a task approximately once every three weeks from now until the end of March – our proposed completion date for the project. Our partners will receive acknowledgement through an addition of their names to any publications we produce and of course, on the final learning object. To learn more about our project, please review our phase 1 document. If you have any questions or would like to discuss the plans, it is probably best if you post your ideas/questions on our bulletin board located at: http://newmediaworkshops.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=2 (Although you can post without registering, you will discover you have more privileges if you do register). By using this forum, everyone can join in on any of the discussions. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested in joining our team. If you are unable to participate at this time, but know of someone in your organization who may be interested… please feel free to pass on this email! We would like to proceed to the next stage with our partners in place by August 20. Thanks for your time in considering this great project.
